@BrandonThornNFL When I joined the Rams, this was a point of emphasis that was passed down from @AndrewWhitworth. That the OL was always the first ones to help guys off the ground.

One of the coolest parts about studying certain OL is seeing them finish and run downfield to protect/congratulate/pick up their guys. One of the most consistent guys at it is Dalton Risner. 33 examples from his 2025 season 👇

@JamesPalmerTV My main takeaway is that Bryce has a noodle arm and can't throw without planting. I'll be interested to see if he develops some better habits over the off-season.

What we learned in Carolina: - Dave Canales is the guy. - Bryce Young isn't perfect, but he has improved. He had more wins than his first two seasons combined . he has now improved his completion %, passer rating and sack rate in each of his first 3 seasons. - The Panthers seem to have found their identity.

You have to really tip your cap to Tito and this team. Have had some very tough stretches offensively and heart breaking losses-be easy to hit several mental roadblocks but damn they just keep battlin. The @Reds are 6 games over .500 have won 4 of 5 and just got their ace Hunter Greene back from a bad groin injury (threw 6 scoreless last night be Phils). They’re 1 game behind the Mets and closing. The depth was good too. Vinny Rey was a key player for the Bengals in that era. You'll see in this clip, they bring in Taylor Mays as a nickel LB. He was a heat-seeking nut job too. Turned like a boat, but would routinely crush opponents and teammates alike.

Sometimes I laugh when I remember how the 2013 Bengals Linebackers were Vontaze Burfict, Rey Maualuga and James Harrison. Three of the hardest hitting players in the league at that time. What was the plan???? 😂
