On this day in 1929, Gump Worsley was born in Montreal. In his Hall of Fame career, he won the Calder Memorial Trophy, four Stanley Cups and two Vezina Trophies. he played in four All-Star Games, won 335 games and had 43 shutouts. He died in 2007.
