@IanKennedyCK With all these United States national TV (Ion) announcements lately, I have a gut feeling that it might be two American cities: Denver for sure (done deal IMO) and possibly Washington D.C. if Detroit has venue/conflict issues. If not, then Detroit ahead of DC.

If you listen to PWHL coaches, players, agents, and GMs there seems to be a shift in belief the PWHL may may expand by only two teams. There's some rumor out there a key Canadian market is no longer in the picture over NHL/venue conflict. Plenty of markets still in the mix.
