Ok some people are stretching here. You can’t just say your mom’s the “greatest mom ever” that’s crazy. Like you’re seriously telling me out of every mother ever in history your mom ranks #1? Just crazy

@MalachiMul98652 @TheLtColUSMC Sounds like your Marines weren’t metal. Hell we used to instigate the bar fights and kick some ass. Specially when anyone talked to my lady Diane. Then when the ass kicking was over I’d let them smell the exhaust from my ‘88 Heritage Harley. Top that buddy

@RickSterling79 @TheLtColUSMC And my Marines seemed to tolerate me quite well. Helped me out of several bar fights while on deployment, and I them. And, no, I didn’t play football. But did play three other sports with similar levels of contact.

🏈 Two Naval Academy players bound for the Marine Corps were drafted by the NFL.
“Well done, Eli and Landon. We’ll be watching with pride. The Marine Corps will be waiting when you hang up the cleats.”
— LtGen Michael Borgschulte, Superintendent, U.S. Naval Academy

Incredibly proud of MIDN 1/C Eli Heidenreich and MIDN 1/C Landon Robinson for earning their place at the next level this weekend with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals. Those locker rooms just gained a tenfold increase in Leadership. 🫡⚓️ Only 26 days, Warriors!!!

@MalachiMul98652 @TheLtColUSMC Oh you’re one of them ring knockers huh? Always stuck up in their ways… Me and my marines only tolerated the football ones like those gentlemen above. I bet you played the fiddle in dick and balls corp (D&B) and don’t know what it’s like to hit an Oklahoma drill or break a sweat
English

@RickSterling79 @TheLtColUSMC Oh, please. I went through the same 4-year program they did. Graduated, went right to TBS. None of us had the luxury of putting our service commitment second. I thought the whole point was that you sacrificed whatever it is you thought about doing after you served until then.
