2025 was a special year as Gitte and I were honored to lead our Midshipmen, faculty, staff, and coaches at the finest institution in America.⚓️ As we turn to 2026, we do so with renewed purpose, sharpening our edge, strengthening our character, and recommitting to excellence.🇺🇸

The ARMY-NAVY game was ELECTRIC… Congrats on the win @NavyFB

Our Team ARES, Wargaming Society, Human-Robotics Teams, Faculty, and YP Sqdn integrated Drones, Yard Patrol craft, denied-Comm ops, Unmanned Surface Vessels, force-on-force fighting and even incorporated an Amphibious Landing driving our Midshipmen to think, adapt, and win.

On December 12th, we honored our fallen heroes with Wreaths Across America Day at the U.S. Naval Academy. Midshipmen, alumni, and family members laid wreaths at the Naval Academy Cemetery, paying tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Today, we pause the Rivalry to honor America’s Game & our Campbell Award finalists, MIDN Blake Horvath & Cadet Andon Thomas. Proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with my teammate, LTG Gilland, representing 126 years of cadets and midshipmen who have fought alongside each other.
