@virginmedia What? Is this a human response? So my bill this month is £73.98 Last month it was £47 Of course with no explanation I immediately assumed this was an error or a scam so cancelled my DD I’ve also switched off my router to avoid any suggestion of not paying for non-service

1/2 Dear @Ofcom please investigate It is my firm belief there are no human beings left @virginmedia it has been taken over by Bots and AI (idiocy) Emails are from ‘donotreply’; texts from ‘no reply’ accounts; web contact is a mindless loop; please rescue remaining staff ASAP

2/2 I’m very concerned for the welfare of any remaining @virginmedia staff I’ve been trying to contact a human being to ask why my monthly charge has gone up by 60% when the notification was saying an 8% increase But there’s no one there; do they need @Ofcom to go in and rescue?

Hey @virginmedia would someone care to contact me about why you have increased my monthly charge by 60%? Instead of sending texts that I can’t reply to? Or calls that are controlled by bots? Or websites that go into an infinite loop? It’s like trying to get into a Möbius strip!
