Democrats caught red-handed scooping up ballots in drop boxes the day after the 2020 election on Nov. 5th in California.
They state they are told what drop boxes to pick up ballots from and are just following orders. So this is how they "count every ballot."

Tribal law enforcement aren’t able to request the same support from U.S. Marshals that local and state police can access to search for fugitives or missing children. If we can change that, we can help combat the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls.
That’s why I’m pleased to see my bill to expand those resources for Tribal police has passed out of committee, and I will keep pushing to get it to the President’s desk.
