Solving the NBA
1. No Lottery - if a bad team gets a star, they won’t be bad anymore.
2. 40 minute games - still can have 82 games, but shaving 8 off per game is roughly 13-14 total games saved over the entire season.
3. Change 3 point line to 4 points and 2 points to 3

I’m gonna die on the hill that red is the optimal choice given that it’s simply 100% live vs <100% live. If it was phrased “get 1M dollars” or “everyone gets 1M if over 50% pick blue”, way more people would put red.

@ThePDXKid @AGretz @egrav11 So they tank for a year. Then they’re back in contention. And the play in team gets bumped down to the lottery and they get their shot at the next star. It’s way better for the talent to get spread out

The "3-2-1 lottery" proposal, named to represent the number of lottery balls per team, would expand the lottery from 14 to 16 teams. Teams that do not qualify for the playoffs or play-in tournament but stay out of the relegation zone (spots four through 10) would receive three lottery balls each. Teams with a bottom-three record -- the relegation zone -- would have just two lottery balls but have a floor of the 12th pick while the rest of the 13 lottery teams could fall as far as the 16th pick. The 9th and 10th play-in seeds in each conference receive two lottery balls each while the losers of the 7-8 play-in games receive one lottery ball each. In addition, no team would be able to win the top pick in consecutive years or be able to win three consecutive top-five picks. Teams also would not be able to protect picks in the 12 to 15 slots going forward.

Blaine is always so good with his Snead Snacks. Shows a very good ability to scout just like the Rams often do. Maybe Les Snead should hire him bc the guy has the eye for their type of players

It's no surprise that both of these players made my "Snead's Snacks" list at their respective positions. Daniels especially was a perfect fit. Trost's traits and characteristics aligned very well with what the Rams have historically targeted since 2017. Fit > Consensus Board

@BaseballWRLD_ If everything’s park adjusted, it shouldn’t. If you have a 5 ERA in an average 5 ERA environment, that’s the same as a 4 ERA in a 4 ERA environment. If I’m thinking of this wrong, someone correct me.
