By far the biggest "waste of time" in school, is 6-8th grade. I'm shocked at how little is accomplished during those years.

@MsEscoTeaches I am making it a priority to de-tech as much of my work for students as possible. Just not seeing the benefits ed tech promised.

Many teachers are already doing this. The issue why we can’t only do pencil and paper…. state testing.

@Dale_Chu This is striking such a chord with me. Noticed the SAME THING with my first grader. I just feel like he could so easily do the same amount of problems on a worksheet in 10 minutes and be done.

I pointed my 11-year-old to this passage about i-Ready. She read it and said, “Yep. That’s exactly what it’s like.” Glassy eyed waiting. Frantic clicking. Repeat.

We are right on the precipice of surpassing $9.99/mo 2TB on our shared iCloud family plan and I can't believe the next storage tier is 6TB for $30!! Can't there be like a $15/20/mo plan? Literally TRIPLE the price. Sucks.

Just me or is Spaceship earth the best ride at EPCOT? I know some people say Guardians because it’s “fun” or whatever, but Spaceship Earth is Disney at its best. Great story, animatronics, and very innovative. It’s what Disney is supposed to be about. Not Guardians.

One of the biggest issues with Siri is that it feels like it almost intentionally hits the wrong device when you say Hey Siri. It’s especially annoying when it lights up a HomePod when you’re asking for something requiring a screen. Unbelievable this is still the case.
