As we close off Delta Chapter 2 @enter_delta & @theresidency. *reposting outside of The Residency Community* Many are releasing their Launch videos. We are still hard at work building the first "AI OS for Human Life". We thought we would get@OKVERA_aito tell you her story in her own words. And since we are building in public, I will add some documentation along here as well. I have redacted some of the docs, and generalized or simplified some as well. This is a work in progress, and will change as we continue building out VERA. This isn't just a chatbot.@OKVERA_ai is an AI OS for human life. Hope to be able to be given the chance to finish VERA MVP with no distractions at @theresidency location in SF

I was worried this (less than 12hrs of prep) last-minute event was going to be a complete flop. Fast forward one hour: this was hands-down one of the best networking event of the month. The energy was constant, the conversations were high-quality, and the connections were next-level. This wasn't just a pitch event, it was pure, intentional serendipity. Huge thanks to the people who flew out to make this happen, and to everyone I met. @BBPC @Nic_Wenzel_1 @7VoMercy @maxwin @iclipz @KittyKunt_ @0xSoju @baoskee are truly legends. Proof that avoiding the noise and focusing on quality is what founders actually need.

Continuing on @OKVERA_ai. As we head into the end of 2025, and getting ready for @theresidency 2026. Here are some of the UI components we have been working on the past week. BasicUI in the same format that most are used to, and then we have started building out the infinite canvas UI - IE CosmicUI. Currently working through components, cards, layouts, etc. This is still very early days and concepts, but thought I would share a little. Most of these cards are work focused, the more personal and custom cards are next. IE: image generation, videos, multi media, document cards etc. @enter_delta @buildinpublic

My last week of @enter_delta might be considered a failure by some, but for me it was invaluable. I didn't sell anything or launch officially. But what I did get was a clearer idea of what my goals are for the next week, month, semester, and year. I met a community of builders to work with and got started with something I've been mulling over for the past 4 months. This 3 week sprint was just a starting point. I'm looking ahead to the 3 year hardware marathon. We got to the start line, now it's time to accelerate.

As we enter the final week of @enter_delta and @theresidency. Building out @OKVERA_ai We have orchestration (custom built, async, fire and forget with queues, triggers, workflows), and building out a full orchestration on Compozy with the Compozy team (compozy.com to scale with the infinite space UI when we are ready). Agent swarm, and management, each with their own memory. Personality, memory, orchestration. AND fully refactored from chat_completion to responses API, to enhance multi function tooling and agents. This week is focused on getting the rest of the canvas tooling, and user operations wired up, and working. Still a long way to go. But its taking shape. Hopefully soon we will be able to start bringing in some additional people in to the team, to help build out what I have always thought AI would become. So why not build it :) Showing some canvas and context items along with chat. :)
