@coventrycc Pavements are not a place to put yet more 'stuff' restricting their use in favour of cars. Surely a trip hazard for visually impaired pedestrians? How can cars illegally park with these in the way? Maybe trial cheaper, reliable bus services to help reduce congestion. Just saying.
