So instead of adding to her district (which was blue), they broke it up to spread the Democrats vote out among multiple more right leaning districts

I would suggest having a PhD in biology, makes his opinions on societal issue less authoritative. And it is society as a whole that should decide what is or isn't child abuse, not some individuals.

I think he/she is talking about adoption. He/She comes across as a fairly intelligent person. I’m sure he/she understands how biology works. I don’t have a problem with his gender (real or imagined), but adopting at 64 years old doesn’t seem like the best idea. He would be 74 by the time his kid is 10.

@jk_rowling Up front, not advocating for suicide by anyone. Personally, I feel suicide should be an individual activity. Involving others just opens them up for legal and/or societal issues that the person they just assisted will not have to face. I would rather assisted mental help to live.

When you stop and think about it, assisted dying's a bit like salted caramel ice cream or shuffle dancing, because they're choices, too. Or Lynx Africa body spray - use it, don't use it, nobody else's business.
