Tucker Carlson being a prime example. Megyn Kelly hosted Tucker on her podcast recently in which he accused Mike Huckabee of being under some mysterious "spell". We all know what he really means. Huckabee is a US Ambassador -- to Israel.
The paranoid idea that Jews control the world -- and have some special spell-binding power -- is what led to the Holocaust. Tucker traffics in this and other sorts of ugly and dangerous anti-Semitic tropes, openly and routinely.
According to Carlson's sick and twisted idea, Jews are manipulative schemers, constantly casting their spell on unwitting victims. Accordingly, Tucker sees Jews (Israel) as a global threat to peace in modern times. The Nazis believed Jews started World War II and wielded control over the Allied powers. This is the warped mindset that the led to the "Final Solution," and, ultimately, the Holocaust. The Nazis used the trope of Jews exercising total control over key power centers to “rationalize” and “justify” genocide.
Likewise, in Tucker's world of delusional fantasies, the Jews devilishly cast their all-powerful spell on Trump, prompting the leader of the free world to wage war on the "mostly peaceful" mullahs. Never mind that Trump had campaigned in 2016 on "bombing the shit out of Iran", and he vowed never to allow the mullahs to develop The Bomb. Facts don’t matter.
The left (NGOs, BLM, Ivy League, “Palestinian activists”) openly embraces genocide against Jews, as seen in the numerous pro-Hamas and pro-Hezbollah rallies celebrating the barbarism inflicted on Jewish civilians in Israel during the attack of October 7, 2023 by Islamic savages hell-bent on fulfilling the Hitlerian dream of a world without Jews.
On the other hand, Tucker and his Woke Reich confederates are far more clever and nuanced, always careful to cloak their anti-Semitic agitprop in the subtle language of geopolitical dog-whistles and faux intellectualism. Especially geography. That is, the Jewish state of Israel. As if this was about land. It’s not about land. It’s not about the location of the Jewish state. It’s about the very existence of Jews. The left and the Woke Reich are united in wanting Jews eradicated, exterminated. For those who say another Holocaust is unlikely, they haven’t been paying attention.
