@AmericanAir I have been a loyal customer for almost my entire professional golf career and have never experienced such a terrible airline service as the last few days. Canceled flight and then a 8 and a 1/2 hour delay due to a computer malfunction that was your fault.

@AmericanAir is an absolute dumpster fire right now. Tried calling & entered the queue. Was told the wait was 2 hours. It’s been over 4 hours and nothing. Unacceptable after the nightmare travel experience the past 2 days. I see why @LisaVanderpump called the company out recently

Best wishes to @RileyWJCL !!! Today was her last day anchoring the 4-5:30pm shows at @WJCLNews. Riley helped launch our 4pm newscast a few years ago and has been anchoring since 2018. We are going to miss her around the station!
The good news is you will still see her on WJCL…she’s not leaving! Starting in 2026 she will be doing stories and covering big events each week in the #Lowcountry! #Savannah
