Memories Just over 15 years ago not even a couple years in opening @ringtoneboxinggym having @JoeCalzagheCBE down If I can recall he was rapping an advert to promote strictly cone dancing which he appeared on 🙂 He did well in the series but we laughed saying he would of been better if he had boxing ropes around him in the ice rink 🥊❤️ Funny 🤣 Another legend to have in the gym and in the hall of fame list 🥊❤️🙏 Would have nice to have seen him go on to 50 - 0 but he said he didn’t have it in him after training all of his life…. Right decision as once the hungers gone the sport becomes even more dangerous 🥊❤️

Just received a beautiful message from the Kids of Ghana 🇬🇭 from @kit2play_foundation Been sending out boxing and sports equipment a while now but they’ve just received a load of Gumshield’s each and sent this beautiful message… It’s funny because their thinking me but in they don’t release how much this helps me so I’m thanking them 🥊❤️🙏 So excited to be out there in August and meet them all..
