@OmarKelly I know it’s not apples to apples but they literally said this about Aaron Donald high motor but just too small and he absolutely dominated the league. Bains production says he’ll be fine even if he’s not an all pro I just don’t see him not being a solid 10 year starter

While you make extremely valid points, your eyes tell you he has short arms.
He’s good vs the run so I overlook it. But….he does look like a T-Rex. Let’s not kid ourselves.

It bugs me that the discourse around Rueben Bain’s short arms never accounts for or includes: - That immediately after the Combine measurement came out two teams raised objections to Adam Schefter and said they measured his arms at 32+ inches. - That arm length is commonly measured differently at All Star check-ins, Combines, and Pro Days. It is pseudo scientific. - That his wingspan (a much more consistent measurement that doesn’t change from measure to measure) is the same as Nick Bosa’s, despite Bosa’s arm length supposedly measuring 33.0 inches. But I suppose we are to believe Bosa has the chest of a torpedo.

Shit started to hit the fan between McDaniel and Bevell after the 2023 season. Bevell was promised a raise by McDaniel after that 2023 season and Tua’s performance. Time came for the raise and McDaniel denied ever promising him the raise. It just got uglier and pettier from there.
