To this day Steve players counterpick me to every single stage. He doesn't have clear bad stage for most MUs

I still think Steve is top 1 (probably) with the Stage Clause, since I was always thinking, what stage do you pick vs this character anyway? In all honesty, having Lylat/YS legal would be a better anti-Steve rule (his worst 2 stages) AND ALSO a better universal rule for the game
