@HeyHada When I was playing Melee a lot i'd run into fox mains in Silver 1 that were really fucking fast and would smother me so much it felt like smurfing then I'd get one grab and realize they just hold in on every single attack and thats why they're horrible

@Osteopocalypse @TierZoo Emergent Mechanics in TF2 would be stuff like trickstabbing and trimping that were never intended but became fundamentally required for their classes/subclasses to keep up with the rest. And just like 99.99999% of examples of "Emergent Mechanics" its fine and made the game better

@Osteopocalypse @TierZoo I wouldnt call rocket jumping "emergent" at all because the target audience of TF2 when it came out (TFC players) already knew about rocketjumping and concjumping. Theres also achievements, items, official films, and ingame tips teaching and rewarding the mechanic

Smash 4 felt like it was underwater and the lack of hitstun in brawl made hits feel wimpy even if they were strong. Ult you hit someone and they fly across the screen in an instant, you get cool killscreens, etc

@dannyisinhell @kingmugiwara05 @Wario64 Counter strike isn’t a target rich environment like l4d and you buy new guns after each round, standing still to shoot is high encouraged since you get a massive accuracy penalty for moving while in l4d you can ignore the accuracy penalty in the vast majority of situations.

What kind of professional counter terrorism team throws away an entire magazine? I also brought up L4D2 because its a CSS mod with similar weapons

@kingmugiwara05 @Wario64 I have never played Counter Strike 2 once in my entire life but I can just assume off of my 1000 hours in Left 4 Dead 2 that dropping your entire clip because of a reload is insanely stupid and this change wont last a week
