Is it a spoof or a fake account? either way it should be removed.

He was tagged for just over 2 months about this project github.com/ahhimquesting/… He says it's not cool to fake githubs blah blah but what really isn't cool is allowing people to get scammed for months and never making any effort to clear up the confusion.
