In two hours I have to say goodbye to this sweet, gentle soul. I can barely breathe. I don’t know how I’m going to get through it. He is in total kidney failure and there’s nothing that can be done. My heart is breaking.

Any suggestions about how to get cardiovascular exercise as weather gets colder/snowier, limiting outdoor activities? Was thinking about risking rejoining my #gym and was shocked that it has no universal #mask policy (given high-risk setting, seems irresponsible!). #medtwitter
