Not to mention I quite literally cannot live in the United States without creating a carbon footprint, not with us out of the Paris Agreement. I asked my artist if it's okay to send her an ai reference. She said no. I described her the scene I wanted. EASY. People are ALLOWED TO DECLINE.

If you post AI generated images online please do the bare minimum of labeling them I'm tired of being tricked into liking AI-generated images

@Void_Checkpoint @Pacifiky Not saying it isn't, by all means. That is certainly a problem, but AI is another issue, and I can fight on both fronts, can I not? I am allowed to stance against multiple things if they combat my ideals, which I manage to do.

@RitzierHasSpoon @Pacifiky It just means the whole environment argument is not really relevant as our reliance on fossil fuels hasn't wavered and that has done an extensive amount of damage.

Adding engagement to posts like that throws away my values in that sense. It's not so much what the post is but rather if it was made by AI for a similar or the same reason

Saw a pro-AI guy that blocked me some time ago, and wouldn't stop insulting me, portraying me as an ogre in their AI content etc. Everyone's different and people are entitled to opinions, but there's more to it that "this side this" "this side that".

Artists - Don't be this person. Reference material is the ONLY thing AI "art" is good for. It saves a TON of back an forth between an actual artist and the non-artist trying to pay them to draw the exact thing they have in their head that they're trying to describe to you in words. MANY drafts and corrections that don't need to be done because you're not trying to interpret descriptions - the AI did that part. Now, you want to PUNISH people for wanting to pay an actual artist to draw the thing in *their* style instead of just using the AI version they have? Are you stupid?

@Void_Checkpoint @PlummSoju What is that argument? The modern world is not inept when it comes to translating languages. Besides, the chances you find someone you want to commission in the same language you speak is significantly higher than otherwise in this case.
