It’s finally live! 🙌✨ I’ve released music built around brainwave responses, physiological reactions, primitive memory, and acoustic/physical properties. The standard plan is designed to support faster sleep onset and deeper sleep. The upper tier also includes a 60-minute relaxation album. And honestly… if this still doesn’t help you sleep, it may be beyond what music alone can solve 😅 As for the relaxation tracks: after listening, take a deep breath. You may notice your breathing feels different 😊 One note: Subscriptions through iOS are slightly more expensive due to platform fees, so browser checkout is recommended 😇 patreon.com/RizeEvox?utm_c… #SleepMusic #Brainwave #Relaxation #RizeEvox

I changed the distribution method again. The album will be available on Patreon instead of Gumroad 🙌 I’ll share the details soon.

[Streaming has been taken down 😭] I’ve been getting a lot of messages, so here’s what happened. The sleep album (designed for faster sleep onset & deeper sleep) was removed last night. I’m currently discussing with the platform, but recovery is unlikely. Most likely reason: By eliminating wake-up elements as much as possible, the tracks were judged as too similar. But this isn’t made for entertainment. If I change that, it stops being a sleep album. So I’m shifting strategy. I’ll release it on Gumroad instead. #SleepMusic #IndieArtist #MusicProduction #RizeEvox

@DrKristieLeong Completely agree with this. The nervous system seems to respond much better to stable rhythm and consistency than to “catch-up sleep.” Really appreciated the evidence-based explanation.

80% of people make THIS sleep mistake—and it’s stealing their energy. You can’t fix poor sleep by lying in bed longer. Sleeping in sounds helpful, but it often backfires: • Fragments sleep • Weakens sleep drive • Disrupts your circadian rhythm • Your brain starts to associate bed with wakefulness—not rest. And it makes mornings worse. Sleep inertia—the grogginess after waking—can impair performance and reaction time by up to 20–50% in the first 30 minutes after waking. Better strategy: Get up at the SAME time every day, even after a bad night. Consistency > compensation. Sleep isn’t a bank. It’s a rhythm. Sources: Tassi P, Muzet A. Sleep inertia. @CuriousMindsHub Overthinking and shallow breathing seem much more connected than most people realize. Once the nervous system calms down, thoughts often calm down with it.

@mariotomich Replacing stimulation with gradual mental slowing before sleep is probably one of the most underrated recovery tools. The nervous system really remembers the last rhythm before bed.

42% of people who read a book in bed before sleep reported better sleep vs. 28% who didn't read. Simple sleep upgrade: Replace 20 minutes of scrolling with 20 minutes of reading.

@_atanas_ Sleep consistency is massively underrated. I’ve noticed that once breathing rhythm and nervous system state stabilize, mental clarity changes surprisingly fast.

The most underrated brain-fog strategy is consistency. Small daily choices around sleep, movement, nutrition, stress control, and hydration can compound into sharper thinking over time. 🧵 1/2 (link to the full story on the current evidence is in the comments section)

Stress makes almost everyone breathe more shallowly. That can lead to insomnia, poor recovery, and chronic over-arousal. Conscious deep breathing matters. But modern life makes consistency difficult. That’s why I built my relaxation music to work in the background — designed around brainwave patterns and physiological responses to help breathing gradually become deeper. #Breathing #Relaxation #SleepMusic #NervousSystem

@LORWEN108 An important approach. My music isn’t a magic solution either. I believe real improvement comes from stacking small things like these together.

Brain fog. Insomnia. Tight jaw. You're not “falling apart.” Your nervous system maybe stuck in hidden anxiety. Here are 8 body-based ways to release it and feel calm again: 🧵 1. Cold water on your face.

Sorry, everyone. I’ve learned that releasing this album on major streaming platforms is difficult, so I’ll provide it through another method. After digging into the reason, it seems the brainwave entrainment elements themselves may conflict with platform policies. In that sense, truly sleep-focused music may not belong on Spotify and similar platforms. 😊 #SleepMusic #BrainwaveEntrainment #RizeEvox

I just started TikTok, and it’s going pretty well. If you’re wondering what kind of music this is, I’m sharing short previews there. Take a quick look 👇 @rizeevox?_r=1&_t=ZS-94wUUZLSyZR" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">tiktok.com/@rizeevox?_r=1…

Isochronic tones work differently. Instead of mixing two tones, a single tone is turned on and off at a precise rhythm. This creates a very clear pulse. Because the signal is so distinct, the brain can respond strongly to the rhythm, and studies have reported shifts in brainwave activity toward the same frequency. In simple terms: a repeating sound pulse can guide brain rhythms. #IsochronicTones #Brainwaves #SleepScience #Neuroscience

Your brain can react to rhythm. Monaural beats happen when two tones with slightly different frequencies are played together. The sound begins to pulse in volume. The brain can respond to this rhythm, and studies have reported shifts in brainwave activity toward the same frequency. In other words, sound rhythms can influence brain states. #MonauralBeats #Brainwaves #SleepScience #Neuroscience

I used to be a light sleeper. Sometimes I would wake up with my heart pounding. So I studied various evidence and spent 10 months creating music designed to shorten sleep onset and increase deep sleep. Before, my deep sleep was around 8%. Since using this music, it’s been around 17%. It might be coincidence. But since it’s almost double, I believe the music helped. #Sleep #DeepSleep #SleepMusic #Insomnia #RizeEvox

Feeling sluggish from the morning? 🙋‍♂️ One reason could be shallow sleep. Is it hard to deepen your sleep because there are so many limitations? Don’t worry. Monaural beats and isochronic tones have been researched for that purpose — I’ll help you with them. Take it easy and get through today 💪 #Sleep #DeepSleep #Insomnia #Brainwave

Two days after release, I received this DM: “I listened last night. It felt incredibly comfortable. Before I knew it, it was morning.” Exactly what I was aiming for. ✨ Balancing depth and musical comfort — without compromising either — that’s the core of this design. #Sleep #DeepSleep #Insomnia #Neuroscience

@bryan_johnson Strongly agree. I actually began researching sound design for my own sleep first. That curiosity turned into a structured approach to sleep-focused music. If you're exploring better sleep, feel free to give it a listen.
