I've been reliably informed that the building is the new stables at Scone. Looks like a prison. All the room in our wonderful country and horses are going to live in that? What are the logistics in getting from the last top storey stable to the door let alone the track?

He put his fellow riders at risk of death & killed a horse. If we want to harp on about horse & participant welfare, we have to put more value on lives. Personally I think with the money on offer at the top Level the penalty does nothing to stamp this out. The consequences of his actions don’t match the penalty for mine.
