Because the math doesn’t work. AI doesn’t have that constraint. Musk: “You do not need to tell your kid to play video games. They will play video games on autopilot all day. So if you can make it interactive and engaging, then you can make education far more compelling.” The brain isn’t broken. The format is. Kids learn complex systems and strategic thinking for hours voluntarily. Then walk into a classroom and can’t focus for twenty minutes. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a design problem. And most of it is from your classmates.” Four years. Six figures of debt. And the real value comes from the people sitting next to you. Not the institution charging you. @ViagraPussy I don’t hate it and team play dynamics absolutely add a layer to gameplay. My complaint is that the solo experience is marketed as an option and to be expected with the extraction genre. But, when I play it’s half cooked and ends before being able to access endgame content.

My biggest problem I’m developing with Marathon is the half baked solo experience. It ends at a certain point then demands you “fill”. That’s fine if that’s the intention but when my social battery expires, so does my desire to play. I wish solos was cohesive to the entire game.

@staycationtg i’ve only played no fill solos since the game released and it’s absolutely amazing idk why people hate it, it takes more skill and patience, u gotta play very smart and be super aware but I love it
