@British_Airways I appreciate that Neil, and I know your hands are tied. Ultimately, in this case BA management are happy to take money from my parents (2 seniors) and because one can't travel, then it's too bad for them that they can't fly.. but thanks for the money and sorry for your luck.

@British_Airways is doing, and it's because management put these stupid rules in place that prevents people like you from being able to actually be 'customer service'. Realistically it would be better to raise this to media attention so they can warn others off BA's practices. Thanks Neil (2/2)

@British_Airways BA Customer Service don't seem to be able to help with anything and the link you provided will only keep this going on in a circle because those people can't help either (not privy to medical information). The problem is that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand (1/2)

@British_Airways So the voucher hadn't expired but because there was no communication from British Airways or the medical team, the expiry date went by. I have emails and a paper trail of the communications, amd that BA did nothing. Are you sure BA can't do anything?

@British_Airways The issue Natalie is there is no booking number, it's an eVoucher that the issue pertains to.. the eVoucher has since expired. I did initially email to lowercase ba.com but my phone had autocorrected to caps.

@RjHunter83 If medical documents are received and a booking reference is quoted, the booking is the updated to say they have been received and verified. It might be worth sending them again using small letters for ba.com. Natalie
