Gary and I are having a fun day out at the @ECMC_UK Network meeting in London. Gary leads the translational science platform for the #DETERMINE study and my lab @beggs_lab will be doing all the profiling of the tumours coming through.

Finally found the box with my old payslips.

£2400/mth. No tuition fees. Free accommodation. Hard work but brilliant team/firm and social life.
Almost 20 yrs later and newly qualified docs earning less.
With more debt/rent to pay……
