Do DBs really need to drive arms as they backpedal? My preference: -small forwards and back movement -elbows stay close to hips (not too wide) But if a DB doesn’t move his arms, that’s okay Must have: As DB breaks, arm on plant side drives forward, other arms snaps back ✅
