Pad level is dependent on the length of each players limbs.. how they hinge/move..each has a diff pad level..a chute being set at 1 height doesn’t even drop center of gravity/pad level for most. Most just dip, they don’t keep power in the chute.. movement isn’t 1 size fits all

When your best player: •cuts reps short •doesn’t strain •skips details •coasts on talent …everyone else starts asking, “If he can do it, why can’t I?” And now your culture isn’t built on accountability — it’s built on permission.

College players stop paying your NIL agents more than 5%!!!! They aren’t paying for your training or a stipend like NFLPA agents do. You shouldn’t be paying a NIL agent more than 5% at all. Any NIL agent charging 10% or more is stealing from you!!!
