The Chud the Builder, Karmelo Anthony and Taxstone cases are teaching a very important lesson. Don’t carry a weapon and try to find a reason to use it. Your reason may not line up with the actual self defense laws of that state. And you never know what kind of judge and jury you’re going to get. All three of them would be free if they chose to leave their weapon at home. Although in Chud’s case, I’m glad he’s locked up and hope he gets buttfucked.
