My company purchased #TravelInsurance from @Tin_Leg managed by @RoamRight every policy claim submitted with a physician’s recommendation was declined. They even declined a death certificate on a policy for a person that passed away! @AAA_Travel @bbb_us how can I help my clients?

The coronavirus is not covered under our base products, but, because you had purchased the Cancel for Any Reason upgrade and met the requirements of the benefit, your claim was paid at 75% of the trip cost, the benefit's maximum.

@thebolden @MikeBellATL @Allianz I used @RoamRight for a trip to Peru and paid for premium “cancel for any reason” insurance. They said coronavirus was not covered under “any reason” (huh?), but they would refund 75% of my trip’s cost. Better than nothing, I suppose.

Bought the insurance for my very pricey Indy 500 tickets from @Allianz last Fall. Filed my claim yesterday. Got an email today. "Unfortunately we're unable to provide benefits under the coverage you purchased because: Your plan excludes coverage for losses due to an epidemic." 😡

@RoamRight Hi I’m going to Disney in July and I’m buying airline and park tickets ahead of time would the trip insurance cover both items if something happens that I or one of my travelers can’t make it? I know the airline tickets would be covered but would the parks tickets?
