I really wish you had a customer service helpline to resolve the issues quicker. There is no way to reach you guys and talk to a human to explain the situation.

I have expressed my desire to return the machine 100 times, but there is no communication or response from your side. In the last call, the lady who joined was an intern and couldn’t help at all. Unsure when will I get a response to this message. May be after a month?!?!
