You should have the right to critique or love the new content regardless.

If I'm honest Problem isn't even the Movie it was his fanatic Fans coming to the defence and attack Resident Evil fans for being critical, resulting in toxic mess on both side including myself, it's been the biggest turn off from even wanting to watch it top of everything else.

@Rob1ns0nn @DoomerSkelly13 Both follow the same base timeline. Events are different in terms of meetings, and encounters but base dates and times match. Also capcom has already said Remake overwrites OG so there is one canon timeline.

Cregger is a creative working off of memories he has of a series he loves dearly. He wants to capture that feeling film.

@hazardman89 Just so you know, Capcom wants to keep the games and movies continuities separate. So believe it or not, there may never be a faithful adaptation of the games in movies. And it gives movie creators a chance to do weird and wonderful things with the RE ip.
