@CraigCameronWV What we “can” do is vote in a better Mayor and council of people who actually care about the people of West Vancouver and not the developers. I think you folks have incentivized Larco already. What kind of Variances did they need modified??

@Rob20047105 Incorrect. Almost all houses are private built under existing zoning - Council doesn’t see them unless they want a variance. Through our neighbourhood character working group we are evaluating the present bylaws. What we “can” do is better incentivize different housing forms.

I have to say, I really like this project - livable, more affordable, sensitive to the neighborhood, modest in size, environmentally progressive - it checks all the boxes. If something with all these attributes can’t pass, we aren’t in a good place IMO. #northvan #westvan
