Every day, NEPA law enforcement officers risk their lives to protect our communities, and we're providing them with much-needed backup. We secured more than $3 million for law enforcement projects across NEPA in FY2026 and have requested nearly $12 million more in FY2027. Our police deserve the best equipment, technology, and support possible, and we’ll continue to deliver for them.

When Scranton's police officers needed a new contract, Mayor Cognetti fought them tooth and nail.
