During our Summit, state and industry leaders including @ParsonsCorp's Mark Fialkowski and @BentleySystems' Don Lee discussed how the Georgia Department of Transportation’s SR 400 project serves as a model for other states to adopt similar solutions to manage traffic and promote economic growth. Parsons is deploying a digital model of the project so teams can better visualize it. “It really makes our team much more efficient so we can deliver the project faster and with better quality,” Fialkowski said.

.@USDOT Deputy Secretary Steven Bradbury shared how the Department is approaching surface transportation reauthorization, noting that it shares some of the same values as @RepSamGraves & @SenCapito: “[At the Department] we’re focused on consolidation of grant programs, simplification of programs, and giving more control of projects to state and local government,” he said.

At our Keep America Moving Summit, @TransportGOP Chairman @RepSamGraves says he intends to mark up the surface transportation reauthorization bill in April. “My priority is to shore up the highway trust fund,” Graves said noting that this matter is bipartisan. “There’s no Republican bridges or Democrat roads. This is our infrastructure.”

Chris Pilkerton, Assistant Secretary for Investment Security, @USTreasury closed out our Summit on the evolution of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) and its new outbound investment screening program, which targets investments in critical technologies like AI. “The north star of the CFIUS outbound program is and will always be national security,” he said.

Ravi Kumar, CEO of @Cognizant emphasized the transformative potential of AI as a resource and the U.S. tech industry’s role in national security and innovation during our Technology Leadership Summit. “This is a technology that’s addressing the most scarce resource we’ve had over the last 400 years, which is intelligence,” he said.
