@t_rapiedra @michaelpatron0 It is absolutely in the purview of all pool service provider to change a filter 🤣 that’s like your Gardner saying “nah I don’t fuck with daisys”

@michaelpatron0 Just to jump in you asked and he said he couldn't do it, I don't know why you felt you were entitled to something that falls out of the purview of his normal job description. Unless you think your time is worth more, do you being busy is not the same as him being busy

My house is kinda small but I hate doing stuff so I pay a pool guy and lawn guy. My pool guy just does chemicals. He texts me the other day and says I need a new filter and vacuum. I told him I'm busy and to just tell me what he wants to handle it. He texted me back...

@seibelj @michaelpatron0 I’ve never in a million years heard of a “pool guy who just does chemicals” don’t think that’s a thing lol. It’s a pool service company. They handle all upkeep…maybe not major equipment but any company/pool person should handle a filter. That’s insane

@michaelpatron0 Why would a pool guy who does chemicals want to get into pool hardware. He just wants to do his route and listening to podcasts and cash checks. You are lucky he warned you. Contractors decline jobs all the time. I have rentals and contractors just decline jobs for their reasons

@BobbyMarks42 @PHLSixersNation Is there really people with that low of an IQ that think he was taking PEDs? The leauge will literally tell you outright when someone was taking peds. He was taking a type of banned drug (non performance enhancing) most likely ketamine possibly benzodiazepines

@BiLLsMAFiA_FODx @shawnemerriman But my main point was…if we get to “replacement refs” that’s also going to open the door to start using all this tech and once they start there’s no going back. Refs need to be really careful here because we won’t have a “replacement ref” disaster like last time.

@Rob77843845 @shawnemerriman I do like more technology to get more calls correct. Even if it’s annoying and slim margins I just want correct calls. Nothing bothers me more than when a ref blows a call on a rule they interpret wrong or don’t know. It’s not my job. Why do I know it better than them?

@BiLLsMAFiA_FODx @shawnemerriman Yeah this is the paradox. The technology is there already to call perfect and replace refs..but now we’re going into a whole can of worms about protecting human jobs. This is what the next 5-10 years will be like in most industries

@rorynotsorry @ErikScholl1 Basically MC is super agro on peps and has sent out a bunch of 450k fines. Technically the company is responsible for this but the smaller guys just tend to default and stick the processor. The larger processors will still let you run it if your big enough to offset risk

@TomPelissero Refs need to be real careful here. We’re already at a point where AI could just review the tape and perfectly call games. If they hold out the nfl is immediately bringing that level of tech in and it ain’t going away. They’re being paid out of tradition more than anything

The NFL has offered its game officials a six-year labor deal with a 6.45% annual growth rate in compensation, while the NFLRA is insisting on 10% plus $2.5 million for marketing fees the league regards as worthless, sources say. The union also continues to resist changes the NFL is insisting upon, including shortening the “dark period” after the Super Bowl, deploying underperforming officials to spring leagues for extra reps and ending a seniority-based system for playoff assignments. “We want to pay for performance,” source said.
Tom Pelissero@TomPelissero

The NFL plans to begin hiring replacement officials before the May 31 expiration of its labor deal and deploy them in training camps to have them ready if no agreement is struck with the NFLRA. As one source said today: “Our direction (from owners) is not to be unprepared.”

@KBeckEagles Being real here…he never had a season as good as that again. He squeezed out 2 other 1k yard years but in 9/11 of those years he was around 400-500 yards. We would have paid him and it would’ve been really bad for the team . (Not praising chip…it’s just the facts)

Chip Kelly releasing DeSean Jackson is still the most insane decision I’ve ever seen in life. D-Jax was off his best season of his career and Chip released him because of alleged gang affiliations which obviously turned out to be fake. He should’ve been a lifelong Eagle…

@shawnemerriman Technology is already at a place where AI can review every play and make perfect calls. Refs need to be REAL careful how far they push this…they’re almost unnecessary and their poor performance and 0 accountability needs to come to an end

@BiLLsMAFiA_FODx @shawnemerriman Keep in mind as we sit here in 2026 we really in theory don’t even need refs anymore. We could have AI reviewing every play and making perfect calls (that’s extreme but something close to that) the reason we don’t is because the refs union won’t allow it. This would be the start

@BKR1988NE @UziCryptoo And the stock market crashed even more…what else would you put the money in if you cashed it out? 🤣 you’d be screwed either way. But with the house you started with 20% down + however many payments you collected + the house

@Rob77843845 @UziCryptoo Why did so many people walk away from their mortgage during the last housing crash? Because the home was worth LESS than the payments due on the mortgage. THAT'S what you're risking.

We might sell our house soon Going to do seller financing Charge a buyer 5.5% interest Which is less than a bank mortgage But more yield than we can get on cash And if the buyer ever fails to pay We take the house & keep the payments Why aren’t more people doing this? 🤔

@UziCryptoo Ostensibly, your home was cared for, renovated, loved. It's like having a child that breaks its arm every quarter - you repair the arm and maybe buy it braces? Seller financing: you're entering a hostage situation. It's handing your beautiful baby over with incredible risk.

@BKR1988NE @UziCryptoo lol this is dumb. They’re still putting 20-30% down (if not more) even if they defaulted on day 1 you are still insulated And if the housing market crashes that much anything else you did will the money is equally torched 🤣

@UziCryptoo If home prices collapse, you might own the home again. Could take years to recover the value. If you really want to sell, then let the buyer get financing. Is it really worth taking the risk of re-owning the home just to get 2% above cash? NOT for me.

Literally everyone was wrong!!!! Retatrutide causes more muscle loss than tirzepatide. This isn’t speculation. The clinical trials prove it. Tirzepatide: 75% of weight lost is fat. 25% is lean mass. Retatrutide: only 62-69% of weight lost is fat. Up to 38% is lean mass. Here’s why. Retatrutide activates a third receptor, glucagon. Glucagon amplifies the energy deficit by increasing thermogenesis and driving your body to burn more. More deficit sounds good. But a larger deficit always comes with a price. The bigger the deficit, the harder your body raids muscle for fuel. And if you’re already lean? The risk multiplies. At low body fat there’s less fat available to burn. Your body turns to muscle faster. Tirzepatide is the smarter tool for anyone serious about their physique. More weight lost as fat. Less muscle sacrificed to get there.
