València you beauty! Very happy to run a PB of 2:34:24 at @maratonvalencia this past Sunday. That’s about the most I had in me on the day! It got up to 22 degrees by the finish. The sub 2:29:59 will have to wait until @MaratonSevilla in February. Reviewed on @racecheck #run

Love a @parkrunUK! The last two parkruns, I’ve tested a couple of race shoes for @Cardiff10K. The @saucony Endorphin Elite at 16:02 and the @ASICSUK Metaspeed Sky Paris at 16:05. Got the @adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4 on the way, so will test it next to see how it compares for me!
