@TheGillsFC @Julian_KPI That was better but the bar was very very low. Heads went after the first goal. Almost felt resigned to losing. First half we was fine. Last 30 was awful.

@TheGillsFC @Julian_KPI Tough one to take. Conceding 5 when the players don’t try is somehow easier to take on the chin. Actually played very well for 80 odd minutes but same old story. Didn’t take our chances then a defensive lap. Season cannot be over quickly enough and saddens me to say that. UTG’s

GA interview indicates his subs were for players not good enough. He says McCleary was a big risk coming on. That is really damming for Hutton… Behind a Rowe not good enough and a barely semi fit McCleary.

@Beanhead1411 @TheME7Podcast True enough I guess. Waldock did well today though, I don't think it will destroy him at all. I just think it's pointless playing these players who simply don't care and we're intending to ditch in 10 games

@RobBaker292 @TheME7Podcast yes but as he’s acknowledged in his interview today - Waldock is only in due to injury. We could end up destroying a youngster playing in this side at the moment. Webster hasn’t had rave reviews lower down the leagues either. Waldock did at least.

@TheME7Podcast @Beanhead1411 Yeah I'd want to see more of them too. But if Hutton is effectively a lost cause, then he's a wasted spot on the bench IMO

@RobBaker292 @Beanhead1411 For some reason Webster hasn’t kicked on, but I know he was injured for a portion of it. Think he and Dobbs could be good defensive squad options but would need to see more of them both.

Saw the way GA exchanged looks with Hutton against MK and didn’t acknowledge him when he came off. Hutton was dropped for an out of position Gale earlier on and is now being dropped for an out of position Aaron Rowe. If he does indeed have another year on his contract, I can see him trying to offload. Far too laid back for what GA wants to achieve.

It's great for Waldock but a testament to how awful this team is that a player who's been at Cray Wanderers looks like the best midfielder on the pitch
