@DavidWilsonHome I’ve written twice (March & April) with no reply about a serious gas/electricity installation fault in my home you built. A Gas Safe engineer has classed it as dangerous. Happy to resolve this privately but silence isn’t acceptable. Can someone contact me?

@CenterParcsUK my lodge flooded with sewage on a 3 night break. Why are you haggling over the refund? Are you not embarrassed that your guests had to wade through sewage to pack up their belongings and leave early?

@PH_Contact If I email contact@persimmonhomes.com who will look into this? If it the regional customer care team this will be a waste of time as they have already told me they think it’s wear and tear which is ridiculous.

@PersimmonHomes Photos of carpets in a persimmon homes after two years. Was notified they weren’t fitted correctly in first 6 months. Customer care refuse to replace alleging ‘wear and tear’. Is this the usual quality and customer care Persimmon deliver?
