On this day 15 years ago, Florida State men's basketball topped Texas A&M for its first NCAA Tournament win in 13 years, 57-50. Derwin Kitchen led FSU with 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. Bernard James added 10 points, six rebounds and three blocks.

Students from across @TheFCSAA have descended on Tallahassee for the annual @FCSSGA Advocacy Conference. Students and advisors will spend the next two days at @TallyState and meeting with legislators at the Florida State Capitol!

Call me crazy, but Jason Myers just did something no player in #SuperBowl history has ever done and outscored the other team by himself in the process and he doesn't get MVP but a guy who didn't even score in the game does?

@JeremyRoberts12 He was a big reason I eventually decided to attend AU. Heard him speak at the Alabama Sports Festival ahead of Jr year in ‘90, went to his camp the next summer. Remember where I was when I learned about his passing. Great individual.
