That man was actually also a police officer and had a reason to video this deputy. But because of his ego, or perhaps ignorance, the deputy abused his authority, retaliated against the man, arrested him and placed him in the back of his police car...

This police officer’s ego just cost the taxpayers of his county $80,000. He saw a man videoing him from a distance… and he just couldn’t deal with it.
