@Steve381 @UKSCA Really nice graphic! I wonder if slightly separate (therefore) shorter versions might be useful, that are specific to the session focus (e.g. strength/power/hyp)? I'd assume the reds and blues might change based on this?

Last weekend I had the honour of presenting at the @UKSCA conference on VBT. As part of the practical session, I presented my VBP (velocity-based blueprint). The red represents what I would implement in a “best case scenario”. Feedback welcome. What’s missing? What’s wrong?
