IMPORTANT UPDATE ON EVIDENCE OF POTENTIAL JUDICIAL CORRUPTION 💥 Below is a screenshot of my original email to Lord Justice Stephen Males on 15 July 2025 at 16:06, sent to him after I obtained a copy of a list of people with his name on the list at number 1. Males did not reply. However he did (I can infer) at 11:55am on 16 July 2025, six hours and five minutes before the time limit I had given him, ask someone else who was known to me to pass me a message saying he was ‘one of the better ones’ and it was quite common for a judge to ‘let others do a first draft of a Judgment’ (i.e. involving a third party who was not in Court in the process). Here is that message in full: “Don't attack Stephen Males, Andrew. He's one of the better ones! Judges often let others do a first draft of a judgment. so long as they, themselves, review, amend, adjust and finalise it, what does it matter? US Supreme court judges do this all the time. There's nothing wrong with it. It's not "corruption", by any stretch. Corruption is when judges take bribes, or emoluments in kind, from powerful people or rich people. THAT is corruption. Judges toeing a party political line or an ideological line, inherently imposed by government, fellow judges or the Civil Service, is also corruption. There is certainly evidence of this. But getting a colleague to write a first draft judgment? No. That is not "corruption".” This can only have originated from Males as no-one other than Males knew I had emailed Males the previous day. This response seems to indicate that Males allows third parties to draft his Court Judgments, which is illegal under English law. This evidence tends to show corruption of a Court of Appeal judge. Episode 3 of the documentary The Other Night shows Males cooking up a false version of events to give to ITV about what happened during a legal case: x.com/huntandgathert… As my case moves forward against Matt Hancock in the Court of Appeal, I hope that Males is not involved.
