I decided that having thousands of digital photos is not the same as having them in an album. So I went old school and started printing 4x6 photos from each year. My kids love the tactile feel and looking at them. Feels a bit like it used to getting a roll of film developed.

Imagine a long line-up at Tim Horton's. Now imagine pulling an employee to a line just serving people willing to pay an extra $50 for a coffee. First, a lot of people can't afford the premium line. 👇👇👇 Second, the line with regular customers is served more slowly. Third, the employees will migrate to the line serving the $50-paying customers. Health care is just like this analogy. As an ER doctor it would be unconscionable I go to the waiting room and ask people waiting 10 hours who would want to pay me $500 to jump to the front of the line.
