This is anecdotal but most companies are missing 70-90% of the valuable customer feedback they could be getting. I have never submitted product feedback and thought, "That was a good use of my time." It's like no one is listening. No follow up, not even a thank you. Wasted opp

There should be boxed sets of books without book one. You buy book one to see if you, or your kid, like it, & want a set of the rest of the series, but you are forced to rebuy book 1 or buy them one at a time. So sell the set without book one. @Usborne @Scholastic @HodderBooks

There was once a PM at Slack who decided Cmd+K should not be the keyboard shortcut for hyperlinks. I would like to know this person's name and phone number.

@BenjaminPutano Interesting that on the spines the titles are more prominent in the first three books, then the author’s name is the bigger element from book four.

How do I export comments from MS Word 365? (MS Word help is clueless, Bard suggests things that don't work, ChatGPT claims it's not possible as of 2021) So far I do it by saving as an HTML page but I'm hoping there might be an easier way.

Thinking in Systems is the best book I’ve read all year. Feels like I gained 10 IQ points just by opening it. Having clarity over how the world works is essential for anyone trying to do anything worthwhile.

@FinbarrFarrell @GrammarTable “Footfall” seems to be the phrase in British English. Used in US English too, but slightly behind “foot traffic”. See Ngram results.

@GrammarTable Never seen or heard it 'here'. There is 'passing trade' which is used for shops. I suppose you could use it in your case, too, but 'foot traffic' captures it much better.
