@robprogressive 3. The banks don’t “front load” your interest. As you pay off the capital your interest on the capital gets smaller so you pay off more capital and so on.

@robprogressive 2. Invest in assets to pay for liabilities. Investing £1k a month for 5 years gets you £60k. Where are you getting returns of >25% to pay off your £1.5k a month mortgage??
