@dcfcofficial So sorry to hear this. First met Sid a good few years ago when I interviewed him for the paper. Always remembered me on matchdays. An incredible ambassador for @dcfcofficial. I'm sure the club have this in hand, but would be lovely to do something recognising his contribution.

It was with great sadness that we were informed of the passing of long-serving staff member Sid Marson over the weekend. Sid, at the age of 91, recently conducted his final Pride Park Stadium tour and he will be greatly missed by everyone connected to the club. Our heartfelt condolences are with Sid’s family and friends 🖤 #DCFC
