🇸🇪 Malmö – Ponowny gwałt na nieletniej przez skazanego już Afgańczyka 17-letni Irshad Ahmad (ur. 2008 w Kandaharze, Afganistan) został ponownie oskarżony o ciężki gwałt na dziecku. Pierwszy przypadek (luty 2024): Mając 15 lat, razem z kolegą zgwałcił pod groźbą noża 13-letnią dziewczynkę w dzielnicy Nydala w Malmö. W lipcu 2024 sąd skazał go za grob våldtäkt mot barn (ciężki gwałt na dziecku), m.in. na 10 miesięcy w zamkniętej placówce dla młodzieży. Karę odbył i wyszedł na wolność w marcu 2025. Drugi przypadek (25 listopada 2025): Kilka miesięcy po zwolnieniu Ahmad miał zgwałcić 14-latkę w piwnicy w Nydala. Według aktu oskarżenia był to tzw. „karny gwałt” – zemsta za to, że jej 13-letni były chłopak odmówił wykonania zlecenia zabójstwa i nie spłacił rzekomego długu 200 tys. koron. Dziewczynce przystawiono pistolet do głowy. Ahmad jest obecnie oskarżony o: -gwałt na dziecku (grov våldtäkt mot barn) -spiskowanie na morderstwo (stämpling till mord) -rozbój -groźby Nie przyznaje się do winy. Sprawa jest w toku w sądzie w Malmö. Akta spraw: B 2211-24, AM-186400-25 Irshad Ahmad przybył do Szwecji w 2017 roku i już w 2022 roku otrzymał szwedzkie obywatelstwo. To kolejny przypadek, który pokazuje problemy z systemem sprawiedliwości wobec młodych przestępców z migrantów – łagodne wyroki i szybki powrót na ulicę.
