Compare it to a Christian shouting “Praise the Lord!” or a Jewish person yelling “Baruch Hashem!” while holding a bag on the same train. Neither would empty the car. Passengers might glance over or ignore it entirely because those phrases have ZERO history of being screamed right before mass murder in public places.
