REALITY: Spoke to a mid-major WBB Head Coach yesterday — she told me I was only the second agent she’s ever dealt with. That says it all: this space is new, and the standard is still being written (by me tbh 👀). 🚨 The problem? Programs are making promises, getting commitments, bringing kids on campus a year later — and then not paying what was promised‼️ That’s why representation matters. Someone has to know the details, have a PLATFORM AND RESPECT in the industry, advocate ‘under contract’ for your daughter, and ensure every dollar committed is delivered. At MSA, we’re not just negotiating — we’re pioneering, educating, and protecting. We’re setting the standard for how female athletes are represented and making it comfortable to move in this space for both sides. @MathurinAgency #NoteFromTheCEO

Truly have loved our relationship together but life changes happen and our focus even as an AAU program will be changing also as Coach Rob Riggle will be walking away from the program to focus more on personal matters including more family time watching his sons baseball journey grow more. It’s been an amazing journey as the program had grown over the past couple of seasons and hope nothing but the best for all the athletes that played with our program

Emily Higgins 📍 Position: PG/SG 🎓 Class of 2029 🏀 AAU Team: Lady Aces 🏫 High School: Hazard (KY) [FILM ROOM w/ @alyxwhite_ 🎥]: - Can score in a hurry & very consistent knocking down shots off the dribble inside and outside of the perimeter - Good recognition of where defense is, catches ready to shoot, and doesn’t need much space to get outside shots off - Made some excellent passes to create for teammates - Good court vision and awareness - Solid handles and used quick moves to get a step on defenders - Scored at the rim and in the paint showing a good variety when it comes to scoring the ball @Jason_Higgins @jtoddhoward
